Product description
Fine Tuner FT1 is a general-purpose photo accelerant additive designed to increase the cure speed of 3Dresyns photopolymer formulations in SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3D printing systems operating with ultraviolet or visible light sources up to 410 nm.
The additive is recommended for use with printers based on UV or visible lasers, LEDs, standard DLP projectors and LCD systems, including 405 nm blue LED platforms.
This formulation is intended to improve curing speed in systems where printer light power (mW/cm²) and/or exposure time cannot be adjusted, enabling progressive speed optimization through controlled additive dosing.

Designed for incorporation into vat photopolymerization and related photopolymer workflows using SLA, DLP, LCD, mLCD and Inkjet technologies in professional and industrial environments.

Recommended use guidelines
- Recommended wavelength range: 150–410 nm
- Suitable for 405 nm blue LED, UV lasers, visible lasers, standard DLP projectors and LCD systems
- Suggested dosage in high-power printers: 0.1 wt% incremental steps
- Suggested dosage in low-power printers: 0.5–1 wt% incremental steps
- Add progressively and mix thoroughly with the base resin before evaluation

Final cure speed, dimensional behavior and print accuracy depend on resin composition, printer irradiance, wavelength, exposure conditions, layer thickness and post-processing workflow. Fine tuning must be validated by the user under the intended printing conditions.
