Fine Tuner FT4 Bio is a hydrophobic (ultra-low water absorption), 100% biocompatible photo accelerant additive designed to increase cure speed in high-power SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3D printing systems.
The formulation provides fast curing kinetics across a broad spectral range (150–500 nm), covering far, medium and near UV as well as visible light sources including LEDs, lasers and DLP projectors.
Fine Tuner FT4 Bio is the hydrophobic counterpart of Fine Tuner FT4 Bio HP, offering similar kinetic performance with enhanced resistance to water absorption, making it particularly suitable for moisture-sensitive and hydrophobic biocompatible systems.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet), particularly in high-power printers (>8 mW/cm²) and hydrophobic biocompatible resin systems requiring safe and efficient cure acceleration.

- Suggested dosage in high-power systems: 0.5–1 wt%
- Suggested dosage in low-power systems: 1–2 wt%
- High loading option for low-power systems: >4–8 wt%
- Add progressively and mix thoroughly before evaluation
- Avoid overdosing to prevent overcure and loss of dimensional accuracy
