Included services and samples with ordered products

Detailed Instructions for Use (IFU), including recommended methodologies for achieving optimal printing parameters and, where applicable, calibration files, may be provided upon request for ordered 3Dresyns products. The IFUs supplied by the Company are sufficiently detailed to achieve excellent printing results with most compatible printers, provided they are followed accurately and without deviation.

For further information, please refer to the clauses on compatibility with SLA, DLP, LCD, Inkjet, and other printing technologies and the 3Dresyns intercompany communications policy .

The purchase of products does not include the supply of free samples or after-sales printing consulting services, except as explicitly stated below:

• Small quantities of Fine Tuner FT1 and/or LB1 Bio may be supplied at the sole discretion of the 3Dresyns team, and only when deemed necessary for fine adjustment of printing speed or resolution.
• After-sales printing consulting services are not included with product purchases and may be contracted separately as printing consulting services .

If small quantities of Fine Tuner FT1 and/or LB1 Bio are requested, they must be clearly indicated in the Notes section of online orders or in the corresponding Purchase Orders (POs) for offline orders. Any quantities supplied will be determined solely by the 3Dresyns team and will always be below the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for FT1 and/or LB1 Bio .

If the buyer/Recipient does not agree with these terms and conditions and the Company’s legal terms , the Recipient must not order products or services from the Company.
