3D-POWDER SLS TPE15-150 is a specifically designed fine and narrow particle size distribution thermoplastic elastomer PEBA powder for SLS printing of high accuracy and resolution TPE PEBA printed parts.
This black thermoplastic elastomer SLS powder is designed for direct SLS printing of high quality flexible and elastic parts.
Application framework
Designed for selective laser sintering of flexible and elastic thermoplastic elastomer parts requiring high accuracy and high resolution.

- Tensile strength: 40 MPa (ISO 527-2)
- Flexural strength: 45-50 MPa (ISO 178)
- Young’s modulus: 60-80 MPa (ISO 527-2)
- Elongation at break: >300% (ISO 527-2)
- Shore hardness: D50 (ISO 868)
- Izod impact strength, notched: <600 J/m (ASTM D256 & ISO 180)
- Flexural modulus: <300 MPa (ISO 178)
Measured physical properties
- Density: 1.15-1.17 g/cm³ (ISO 1183)
- Water absorption after 24 hours: <1% (ISO 62)
- Vicat softening temperature: 110-115ºC (ISO 306/B50)
- Melting temperature: 145-150ºC (ISO 11357)
- Heat deflection temperature at 0.45 MPa: <65ºC (ISO 75)
- Service temperature: from -30ºC up to +120ºC continuous / +140ºC short term
- High accuracy and resolution of final products: 50-100 microns depending on laser spot size and layer thickness

- D90: 150 (90% of particles have less than 150 microns)
- D50: 60 (50% of particles have less than 60 microns)
- D10: 15 (10% of particles have less than 15 microns)
- D1: 3 (1% of particles have less than 3 microns)
- Recommended plastic or polymer powder SLS printers: SLS printer compatibility
- Suitable for FORMIGA P 110 Velocis, EOS P 396, EOS P 770 and EOS P 500
- Recommended printing process: use the std printing parameters of your equivalent polymer powder and follow 3Dresyns IFU for SLS printing
