3Dresyn RIC-HDT1 Bio is a clear non colored liquid resin for Resin Injection and Casting.
This material is an ultra hard and rigid biocompatible formulation designed for durable high temperature mold making, casting and injection workflows, with high heat deflection temperature and very high rigidity.
Application framework
Designed for Resin Injection and Casting workflows, including hot gravity casting, injection in molds, and fabrication of durable molds for injection temperatures up to 290ºC.

Testing & processing disclaimer
High Heat Deflection Temperature HDT 3D resins despite being rigid tend to be fragile and have a short lifetime, degrading thermally at high temperature. If durable materials with high HDT are needed it is recommended the use of machined polyimide, or injecting PolyAmide Imide PAI or other high HDT conventional polymers in metal or 3D printed molds.
