3Dresyn HA1 HV MF Bio is an ultra tough monomer free biocompatible hardness & rigidity adjuster for significant rigidity and toughness adjustment of 3Dresyns.

3Dresyn HA1 HV MF Bio is used for adjusting the rigidity and hardness of 3Dresyns with Shore below or above D90 to your personal choice. It is normally used up to 5-15% dosage, or more depending on printer and rigidity specifications for certain thickness.

Designed for use in compatible SLA, DLP & LCD 3D resin systems as a hardness and rigidity adjuster.

• Adjusting rigidity and toughness of compatible 3Dresyns

• Tensile strength: <50 MPa (ISO 527-1 / ISO 527-2)
• Flexural strength: >90 MPa (ISO 178)
• Young’s modulus: >2500 MPa (ISO 527)
• Elongation at break: <4% (ISO 527)
• Shore hardness: D90 (ISO 868)

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Shrinkage: very low
• Viscosity: optimized within the processing range required for the intended printing process and application

• Ideal for adjusting the rigidity and hardness of 3Dresyns with Shore below or above D90
