3Dresyn® UHV-HDT1 Bio is a clear, non-colored ultra high viscosity photopolymer developed for Hot Lithography (HL) and Viscous Lithography Manufacturing (VLM) applications requiring ultra-high rigidity, high thermal resistance and biocompatible-grade safe handling.

Designed for use in Hot Lithography (HL) and Viscous Lithography Manufacturing (VLM) systems within controlled professional environments. Suitable for the fabrication of durable high-temperature molds and rigid technical parts requiring very high stiffness, thermal resistance and dimensional stability.

Processing note
Note: high Heat Deflection Temperature HDT 3D resins despite being rigid tend to be fragile and have a short lifetime, degrading thermally at high temperature. If durable materials with high HDT are needed it is recommended the use of machined polyimide, or injecting PolyAmide Imide PAI or other high HDT conventional polymers in metal or 3D printed molds.
