How to pay by bank transfer (offline orders)
- Send your Purchasing Order (PO) by email to info@3dresyns.com.
- Upon receipt of the PO, the Company will issue a quotation / proforma invoice including bank details.
- The total invoiced amount plus all bank commissions must be paid in full by the buyer. Bank charges must not be deducted or shared.
- Proof of payment must be sent by email in order to release and process the order.

- Incoterms: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for European Union customers and Delivered At Place (DAP) for non-European Union customers.

Invoices and VAT
- Invoices cannot be modified after order placement.

- EU companies with a valid intra-Community VAT number may request VAT exemption before ordering by contacting info@3Dresyns.com.
- VAT refunds cannot be applied retroactively for online orders once placed.
