3Dresyn® TiO₂ Rutile is a high-loading photopolymer composite containing titanium dioxide (rutile phase) designed for additive manufacturing applications requiring high opacity, whiteness and stable dispersion.
The material integrates TiO₂ particles within a debindable photopolymer matrix based on 3Dresyn® CDP, enabling subsequent thermal processing if required.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) for high-opacity components, optical masking elements and ceramic-based processing workflows.
