Ordering, delivery, samples, pricing and payment information for 3Dresyns® made-to-order products, including worldwide shipping, discount conditions, VAT guidance and offline bank transfer support.
All 3Dresyns® materials are freshly produced to order with maximum shelf life and shipped directly from 3Dresyns® facilities, without intermediaries.
Made to order & worldwide delivery
More than 90% of orders are manufactured within 1-2 working days and shipped, reaching most destinations in an average of 3-5 days.
Typical transit times
- Europe: typically around 2 days
- Rest of the world: typically around 3 days
Courier selection
At checkout, different courier options may be available depending on destination and order conditions, including DHL, FedEx, SEUR and other services.
DHL is generally recommended for international shipments requiring faster transit, clearer tracking visibility and smoother customs handling. Although DHL may be more expensive in some cases, it often provides a more direct service route, fewer transit stops and lower risk of operational delays.
Lower-cost courier options may be available and may still be suitable depending on destination and budget. However, cheaper services can involve more complex routing, additional handling steps and a higher risk of customs or transit delays.
Customs clearance and possible delays
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import checks and local administrative processes that are outside 3Dresyns® control.
For this reason, customs-related delays may occasionally affect final delivery time even when production and dispatch are completed on schedule.
Important exceptions
- Longer lead times may apply during holidays or maintenance periods announced on the website
- Large offline orders paid by bank transfer may be shipped using road or sea freight alternatives
- Custom-made, large-volume, regulated or technically reviewed orders may require additional confirmation before dispatch
Samples
- Free samples of liquid or printed 3D resins are not supplied
- Selected promotional packs are available online for specific collections
- Free samples of Fine Tuner FT1 and LB1 may be provided when required, at the discretion of the 3Dresyns® technical team, typically to support tuning in closed or black-box printer systems
Prices & discounts
Prices are identical for customers and resellers. Discounts depend on total order value and are applied during checkout when the corresponding conditions are met.

Discount conditions
- Discounts apply only to advance payments
- Some products may have limited or no discount eligibility
- Discounts apply only to physical products, not services such as training or consulting

B2B orders
Additional discounts may be negotiated for large B2B bulk orders depending on volume, product type, packaging, documentation and shipment conditions.
VAT information
Customer identification and customs documentation requirements
Complete identification and billing details are required by courier companies and customs authorities to process shipments, invoices and import/export documentation.
Orders may be rejected or placed on hold if the Recipient account does not include full legal identification details, complete billing information and, where applicable, a valid VAT number.
Individual customers must provide their full legal name and ID or passport number. Companies must provide their full legal company name, billing address and, where applicable, a valid VAT number.
Additional export documentation, such as ATR certificates for shipments to Turkey, may be requested and are subject to an administrative fee of 50 EUR per order. For full details, see Customs documentation and export certificates.
- EU customers, excluding Spain, with a valid VAT number registered in VIES may request VAT exemption before ordering by contacting info@3dresyns.com
- Non-EU customers are supplied VAT-free under Delivered At Place (DAP) conditions
- Import duties, taxes, customs fees and local administrative charges may apply depending on destination and are not controlled by 3Dresyns®
Payments by bank transfer
If you need a quotation before ordering, email info@3dresyns.com or submit your Purchasing Order (PO).
Once approved, 3Dresyns® will issue the corresponding proforma invoice or final invoice to proceed with order processing.
