Made to order & worldwide delivery
All 3Dresyns are made to order, freshly produced with maximum shelf life and shipped directly from our facilities, without intermediaries.
More than 90% of orders are manufactured within 1–2 working days and shipped reaching most destinations in an average of 3–5 days.
- Europe: typically ~2 days transit time
- Rest of the world: typically ~3 days transit time
- Longer lead times may apply during holidays or maintenance periods (announced at the top of the website)
- Large offline orders paid by bank transfer may be shipped using alternative road or sea freight solutions

Samples
- Free samples of liquid or printed 3D resins are not supplied
- Selected promotional packs are available online for specific collections
- Free samples of Fine Tuner FT1 and LB1 may be provided when required (at the discretion of the 3Dresyns technical team), typically to support tuning in closed or “black-box” printer systems
Prices & discounts
Prices are identical for customers and resellers. Discounts depend on the total order value and are applied during checkout.
- 10% discount for orders > €1,000 — code: 10%off
- 20% discount for orders > €2,000 — code: 20%off
- 30% discount for orders > €3,000 — code: 30%off
- 40% discount for orders > €6,000 — code: 40%off
- Discounts apply only to advance payments
- Additional discounts may be negotiated for large B2B bulk orders
- Some products may have limited or no discount eligibility
- Discounts apply only to physical products (not to services such as training or consulting)
- Discounts apply only to grouped packaging

VAT information
- EU customers (excluding Spain) with a valid VAT number registered in VIES may request VAT exemption before ordering by contacting info@3dresyns.com
- Non-EU customers are supplied VAT-free under Delivered At Place (DAP) conditions
Payments by bank transfer
If you need a quotation before ordering, email info@3dresyns.com or submit your Purchasing Order (PO). Once approved, we will issue the corresponding proforma invoice or final invoice to proceed with order processing.
