Application-specific self-healing additives for Rigid, BioFlex, Elastomer, and Seal. Choose Optic (clarity/low-odor) or Thermal-Weld (strongest weld response). BioGen (MTO) available for renewable-content programs.
Upgrade your SLA/DLP/LCD materials with temperature/light-assisted self-repair, stronger interlayer fusion, and cure-stress relief—without sacrificing printability or optical quality. Choose an application family below and then select the version that best fits your job: Optic (High Clarity & Low Odor), Thermal-Weld (Hot Weld), or BioGen (Biogenic).
Rigid
Engineered for tough, high-stiffness photopolymers used in functional housings, fixtures and snap-fits.
• Optic: clarity-first micro-weld of cracks with minimal print re-tuning; preserves HDT/Shore D at recommended loadings.
• Thermal-Weld: strongest hot-weld performance for high-Tg matrices; mitigates layer-split and brittle fracture after short thermal cycles.
• BioGen: biogenic self-repair pathway with warm-press activation; supports sustainability narratives while keeping optical cleanliness.
BioFlex
Designed for soft and flexible photopolymers (hinges, grippers, cushions) that need warm-press repair and longer service life.
• Optic: low-temperature self-healing with gentle pressure; maintains elastomeric feel and clarity.
• Thermal-Weld: firmer weld-back under mild heat; boosts fatigue tolerance and layer cohesion.
• BioGen: biogenic, low-temp activation with a renewable-content story for flexible parts.
Elastomer
For hydrophobic, oil/fuel-resistant elastomeric systems (gaskets, dampers, boots) that must re-seal nicks in service.
• Optic: moderate-heat re-closure with low odor and clean appearance for clear elastomer builds.
• Thermal-Weld: hot-weld emphasis for maintenance-grade parts exposed to shock and cyclic loads.
• BioGen: hydrophobic biogenic route that maintains clarity at use levels while supporting renewable positioning.
Seal
Sealing-grade additives that transform flexible bases into low-permeation, chemical-resistant materials with reseal behavior.
• Optic: the clearest look with self-sealing performance at mild heat/pressure.
• Thermal-Weld: maximized reseal strength for demanding barrier interfaces and encapsulations.
• BioGen: biogenic reseal pathway at mild heat/pressure, aligned with sustainability programs.
How to choose
If optics and low odor matter most, pick Optic. If joint integrity and high-Tg matrices are your priority, pick Thermal-Weld. If you need a renewable-content story with warm-press activation, request BioGen. All versions are designed for 385–405 nm systems and are compatible with clear or pigmented formulations (validate exposure and activation on internal coupons).
Notes
Recommended use levels: Rigid 5–15 wt%, BioFlex 10–20 wt%, Elastomer 10–25 wt%, Seal 20–30 wt% as additive or ~50 wt% as matrix (for dedicated sealing). Activation temperature depends on the host resin’s Tg, post-cure, part thickness and pressure; see each product page for guidance. Industrial/R&D use. Store sealed, 5–25 °C, protected from light.
