Self-healing booster engineered for soft and flexible photopolymers for SLA, DLP and LCD printing at 385–405 nm.

It enables warm-press closure of cuts and scratches, improves layer cohesion, and preserves a compliant elastomeric feel. Three tuned versions are described: Optic, Thermal-Weld and BioGen.

Designed for use with flexible and elastomeric photopolymers operating at 385–405 nm in SLA, DLP and LCD systems. Suitable for clear and pigmented systems requiring self-healing, improved interlayer fusion and compliant elastomeric performance.

This self-healing booster is supplied as a reactive additive for integration into soft and flexible elastomeric SLA, DLP and LCD photopolymers.
