Coldseal LTCS-H1 Hard

Low-Temperature Packaging Cold Seal

Product description: Coldseal LTCS-H1 is a general-purpose cold seal packaging adhesive forming relatively hard films that offer application at ambient Temperature. It allows high speed application combined with excellent bond performance at temperatures ranging from ambient conditions down to -15°C. This cold seal adhesive provides good bond and cold-temperature performance on a range of difficult-to-bond substrate materials, making it a suitable choice for many general-purpose packaging applications, including film & paper sealing, frozen food packaging and tray forming.

Characteristics:

  • Hard
  • Good bond strength
  • Excellent application speeds

Coldseal LTCS-S1 Soft

Low-Temperature Packaging Cold Seal Adhesive

Product description: Coldseal LTCS-S1 is a general-purpose cold seal packaging adhesive forming relatively soft films that offer application at ambient Temperature. It offers excellent adhesion on films combined with excellent bond performance at temperatures ranging from ambient conditions down to -15°C. This cold seal adhesive provides exceptional bond and cold-temperature performance on a range of difficult-to-bond substrate materials, making it a suitable choice for many general-purpose packaging applications, including film & paper sealing, frozen food packaging and tray forming.

Characteristics:

  • Soft
  • Excellent bond strength
  • High application speeds
  • Excellent adhesion on difficult films

Coldseal LTCS-I1 Intermediate

Low-Temperature Packaging Cold Seal Adhesive

Product description: Coldseal LTCS-I1 is a general-purpose cold seal packaging adhesive forming relatively medium hard films that offer optimum adhesion and bond strngth combined with high application speed. It allows high speed application combined with excellent bond performance at temperatures ranging from ambient conditions down to -15°C. This cold seal adhesive provides exceptional bond and cold-temperature performance on a range of difficult-to-bond substrate materials, making it a suitable choice for many general-purpose packaging applications, including film & paper sealing, frozen food packaging and tray forming.

Characteristics:

  • Intermediate medium hard
  • Excellent bond strength
  • Optimum balance for multiple applications
  • High application speeds

How we support your project

  • Coldseal formulation strategy and performance tuning (bond strength, tack/release balance, blocking, machinability, drying and stability) aligned with your substrates and coating process.
  • Troubleshooting support for adhesion loss, seal failure at low temperature, foam/defects, viscosity drift and converting issues.
  • Testing plan definition and scale-up guidance for manufacturing implementation as part of a structured technology-transfer approach.

Deliverables

  • Target-driven development roadmap, candidate coldseal systems (project-dependent), benchmarking versus your references, recommended test methods and acceptance criteria, documented outcomes and knowledge handover.
