3Dresyn OD-Clear F Flexible Splint & Night Guard Resin

3Dresyn® OD-Clear F Flexible is a transparent flexible dental photopolymer formulation developed for professional laboratory fabrication workflows of resilient guard-type dental components and flexible appliance elements requiring elasticity, dimensional stability and optical clarity.

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional laboratory environments. Final suitability and regulatory compliance of printed parts must be validated by the user according to the specific device design, processing protocol and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Water sorption (ULWA): ≤ 32 µg/mm³ (ISO 20795-2)
• Water absorption: <15 µg/mm³ (internal / reference method)
• Water solubility: ≤ 1.6 µg/mm³ (ISO 20795-2)
• Residual monomer content: <0.1% when properly cured and post-processed (ISO 20795-2)
• Printing shrinkage: no measurable dimensional shrinkage after calibration under validated processing conditions
• Resolution capability: up to 20 microns
• Viscosity of HV version: <7000 mPas at 23°C ± 2°C (ISO 3219)
