3Dresyn OD-Clear TF LTP – Tough & Foldable Photopolymer for Professional Orthodontic Laboratory Workflows
Product description
3Dresyn® OD-Clear TF LTP is an advanced photopolymer engineered for the fabrication of aligners and dental protection appliances such as night guards and occlusal splints.
The material provides a balanced combination of toughness, comfort and controlled flexibility under load, enabling durable performance in cyclic mechanical environments.
The formulation is based on 4D Shape Memory Polymer (SMP) architecture, supporting shape recovery behaviour and stable mechanical response depending on geometry, thickness and processing conditions.
It is available in LV (lower viscosity) and HV (higher mechanical performance) versions for compatibility across SLA, DLP and LCD systems.
Application framework
Intended for professional use in vat photopolymerization (SLA, DLP and LCD) additive manufacturing for dental laboratory workflows.
Final suitability of printed parts must be validated by the user according to the specific application, processing conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
