3D-ADD XL1 Bio is a biocompatible crosslinker for custom rigidity refinement of SLA 3D resins.
Its addition increases printing speed, rigidity, hardness, physical and mechanical properties, such as deflection temperature, compression and chemical resistance. It is normally used at 4-8% dosage, or more depending on rigidity specifications for certain thickness, for custom adjusting the rigidity of any 3Dresyn.
Designed for use as a rigidity-refining crosslinker additive in SLA, DLP and LCD vat photopolymerization workflows for custom adjustment of resin rigidity, hardness and thermal resistance.
Final rigidity refinement, curing speed, thermal resistance and mechanical performance depend on the base resin, additive dosage, part thickness, printer settings and full processing workflow, and must be validated by the user.
