Acceptance of 3Dresyns non disclosure of confidential compositional information in Material Safety Data Sheets MSDSs
Acceptance of 3Dresyns’ non-disclosure of confidential compositional information in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs), as well as acceptance of the use of the English language in such documents, is a mandatory prerequisite before ordering any 3Dresyns products.
3Dresyns MSDSs are supplied exclusively in standard EU and USA compliant formats. The Company does not provide MSDSs in all regional formats or languages worldwide. By placing an order, the Recipient expressly acknowledges and accepts this limitation.
The chemical composition of 3Dresyns products is confidential and protected as a trade secret. Accordingly, specific compositional details may be partially or fully withheld from MSDSs to protect the Company’s intellectual property, know-how, and proprietary formulations, as permitted by applicable regulations.
Notwithstanding the above, 3Dresyns is fully committed to compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. All MSDSs provided disclose all known hazards, risks, precautionary statements, handling instructions, storage conditions, and safety measures required to ensure the safe use, transport, and disposal of the products.
MSDSs include appropriate hazard classifications, signal words, pictograms, and precautionary information to enable proper risk assessment, prevention, mitigation, and communication, in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
By ordering 3Dresyns products, the Recipient expressly agrees that:
- The absence of full compositional disclosure does not constitute non-compliance;
- English-language MSDSs and standard EU/USA formats are sufficient for regulatory and safety purposes;
- No claim, request, or rejection based on MSDS language, format, or withheld compositional details shall be raised against the Company.
