3D-ADD 10K-XL4 Bio, biocompatible ultra rigid crosslinker for maximum increase of rigidity

3D-ADD 10K-XL4 Bio is an ultra rigid crosslinker for maximum increase of rigidity of SLA 3D resins.

Its addition increases printing speed, rigidity, hardness, physical and mechanical properties, such as deflection temperature and compression resistance. It is used for custom adjusting the rigidity of 3Dresyns.

Designed for use with SLA 3D resins to increase rigidity, hardness and related physical and mechanical properties.

• Custom adjusting the rigidity of SLA 3D resins
• Increasing the rigidity of softer and less rigid resins

• Elongation <1% (ISO 527)
• Extra hard, Shore >D90 (ISO 868)
• Tensile and Flexural strength < 40 MPa (ISO 178)
• Ultra rigid (Young modulus 9500-10.500 MPa) (ISO 527)

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Viscosity: optimized within the processing range required for the intended printing process and application
• Minimum dosage of 2-5% is required for increasing rigidity
• High Deflection Temperature >300ºC@0.45MPa (ISO 75-1 / ISO 75-2)
• Hybrid inorganic/organic synthetic resin source
