3D-ADD FRA1 Clear, clear fire and flame resistant additive

3D-ADD FRA1 Clear is a clear fire and flame resistant additive for increasing the fire and flame resistance of 3Dresyns.

It is supplied as a clear liquid and can be added to most 3Dresyns to permit printing clear and colored fire and flame resistant materials.

Designed for use with most SLA, DLP & LCD 3Dresyns to increase fire and flame resistance while preserving printability.

• Printing clear fire and flame resistant materials
• Printing colored fire and flame resistant materials
• Increasing the fire and flame resistance of 3D printed materials

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Viscosity: optimized within the processing range required for the intended printing process and application
• Supplied as a clear liquid
• Additions of 5-20% by weight are recommended to preserve printability in most SLA, DLP & LCD printers
• Compliant with UL-94, with achievable classification V-0 at dosages of 20%
• Compliant with UNE-EN 13823, with achievable classification B-s1, d0 at dosages of 20%

Additions of 5-20% by weight are recommended to preserve printability in most SLA, DLP & LCD printers and provide significant improvement of fire & flame resistance of 3D printed materials.
