3D-ADD LDP1 Low Density Powder is a low density biocompatible powder for decreasing the density of 3D resins.

It permits making materials with specific densities by mixing 3D-ADD LDP1 with 3D resins.

Designed for use with 3D resin systems to decrease density in printable composite formulations for SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printing.

• Low density biocompatible powder with density 0.170 g/mL (bulk density 0.144 g/mL)
• Average particle size: 40 microns (D90) D100: <70 microns (ISO 13320)
• Oil absorption <40 grams of oil/100 cm3
• Low heat conduction
• Permits making materials with specific densities by mixing 3D-ADD LDP1, with density 0.170 g/mL, with any of our 3D resins, most of them with densities c. 1 g/mL

• Ideal for decreasing the density of any 3D resin, without affecting significantly their original mechanical properties
• High chemical resistance
• Printable by most commercial and professional SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printers once added to any of our 3D resins

• Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
• Calculation of desired density: % 3D resin x (1/100) + % 3D-ADD LDP1 x (0.17/100)

• Organo-tin free
