3Dresyn Bio plasticizer MF1 MHP is our monomer free biocompatible plasticizer with low water solubility for plasticising 3D resins.

This non reactive polymer is normally used up to 10-30% dosage, or more depending on printer and rigidity specifications for certain thickness, and it is used for adjusting the rigidity of any 3Dresyn to your personal choice.

Designed for use as a plasticizing additive in vat photopolymerization workflows for adjusting the rigidity of compatible 3Dresyn formulations.

Final plasticizing effect, rigidity adjustment, printability and clarity depend on the base resin, additive dosage, printer, part thickness and full processing workflow, and must be validated by the user.
