3Dresyn Biotough D90 MF Monomer Free
Product description
3Dresyn® Biotough D90 MF is a tough, high-rigidity, monomer-free biocompatible photopolymer engineered to provide improved resistance to cracking and mechanical shock compared to ultra-rigid grades.
The material combines dimensional stability with enhanced toughness, making it suitable for demanding engineering and regulated manufacturing environments where mechanical reliability is critical.
Application framework
Intended for professional use in vat photopolymerization (SLA, DLP and LCD) additive manufacturing systems operating in the 385–405 nm range.
Final suitability of printed parts must be validated by the user according to the specific application, processing conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
