3Dresyn EP1 TD80, Tough for "Emergency Printing" of tough & semi rigid parts: respirator masks, swabs, etc..
Product description
3Dresyn EP1 TD80 is a tough semi rigid photopolymer designed for emergency printing of respirator parts and swabs.
This material is designed for fast printing and easy and fast fine tuning to different printer settings. It is supplied as samples with no profit to customers who can justify their lack of resources in order to support emergency printing of parts for hospital use.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional environments for emergency printing of tough, rigid and semi rigid parts for hospital use.
Typical applications
- Respirator parts
- Swabs
- Tough and semi rigid hospital-use parts
- Emergency printing workflows
Measured mechanical properties
- Tensile strength: <50 MPa (ISO 527-1 / ISO 527-2)
- Flexural strength: <60 MPa (ISO 178)
- Young’s modulus: <1500 MPa (ISO 527)
- Elongation at break: <20% (ISO 527)
- Shore hardness: D80 (ISO 868)
Measured physical properties
- Shrinkage: very low
Functional performance characteristics
- Tough, semi rigid with certain minor flexibility at thin thickness to avoid breaking of crucial respirator parts and swabs
