3Dresyn IJ Clear & Tough MF monomer free

3Dresyn IJ Clear & Tough MF monomer free is a clear, non-yellowing monomer-free functional photopolymer formulation designed for demanding inkjet 3D printing applications requiring high clarity, high hardness, toughness and durable performance. The material is engineered to deliver ultra hard and tough structural behavior together with low extraction potential, low shrinkage and reliable inkjet printability.

This formulation provides a combination of optical clarity, high tensile strength, low elongation and high hardness, enabling the fabrication of clear durable parts with good dimensional stability for demanding engineering and specialized functional applications.

Designed for use in commercial and professional inkjet 3D printing systems within industrial and engineering environments for manufacturing clear, hard and tough functional components.

• Impact resistance, Notched Izod: < 25 J/m (ISO 180)

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Viscosity: < 20 mPas at 70°C and <15 mPas at 80°C (ISO 3219)

• Heat deflection temperature (HDT): < 80 °C @ 0.45 MPa (ISO 75)

• Excellent clarity and non-yellowing behavior
