3Dresyn IJ OD Clear R is an elastic, rubber-like inkjet-adapted photopolymer formulation developed for professional material jetting workflows requiring controlled flexibility, dimensional precision and transparency.

This formulation provides a combination of rubber-like elasticity, dimensional stability and optical clarity, enabling the fabrication of transparent flexible parts with high resilience, high surface detail reproduction and durable performance under professional laboratory handling.

Designed for use in professional inkjet-based additive manufacturing systems operating within validated viscosity and temperature parameters.

• Residual monomer content: <0.1% (ISO 20795-2)
• Printing shrinkage: no measurable dimensional shrinkage after calibration under validated processing conditions
• Resolution capability: high resolution and surface detail reproduction

• Inkjet viscosity: <20 mPas at 70°C and <15 mPas at 80°C (ISO 3219)
• Ultra-low water sorption (ULWA): ≤ 32 µg/mm³ (ISO 20795-2)
