3Dresyn IJ OTO-S – Soft Inkjet Resin (Shore A50)

3Dresyn IJ OTO S Soft is a soft elastic photopolymer formulation designed for high-performance inkjet 3D printing applications in otoplastics workflows. The material is engineered to deliver low hardness, high flexibility and comfortable tactile response, enabling the fabrication of soft and deformable components for wearable applications.

This formulation provides a combination of low modulus, high elongation and elastic recovery, supporting the production of soft parts with controlled deformation, resilience and stable dimensional behavior.

Designed for use in commercial and professional inkjet 3D printing systems within otoplastics and hearing device manufacturing environments requiring soft, flexible and comfortable components.

• Inkjet viscosity: <20 mPas at 70°C and <15 mPas at 80°C (ISO 3219)
