3Dresyn IJ WSS1-H Water Soluble Support Hard grade

3Dresyn IJ WSS1-H is a hard water soluble support photopolymer formulation designed for inkjet 3D printing workflows requiring support generation and easy post-processing removal. The material is engineered to provide hard, rigid support performance for maximum definition together with water swellable and soluble behavior for removal in tap water.

This new development support may need tuning with Fine Tuner FT1 to different inkjet printer settings and is intended for high-resolution inkjet printing applications requiring very low shrinkage and excellent inkjet printability.

Designed for use in inkjet 3D printers as a hard water soluble support material requiring possible tuning with Fine Tuner FT1 according to different inkjet printer settings.

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Printing shrinkage: no measurable dimensional shrinkage after calibration under validated processing conditions
• Inkjet viscosity: <20 mPas at 70°C and <15 mPas at 80°C (ISO 3219)
