3Dresyn® IM-H&C1 Cocoon MF Bio is a hard and crispy monomer-free (MF) sacrificial photopolymer developed for the fabrication of cocoon-type molds designed for controlled manual breakage after casting.

The material is engineered to enable brittle fragmentation, allowing safe removal of sacrificial molds without damaging delicate casted parts.

Application framework

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional environments. Suitable for the fabrication of non-water-soluble sacrificial cocoon molds for soft material injection workflows.
