3Dresyn® IM-S&C1 Cocoon MF Bio is a soft and crispy monomer-free (MF) sacrificial photopolymer developed for the fabrication of cocoon-type molds designed for easy manual breakage after casting of soft materials.

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional environments. Suitable for the fabrication of non-water-soluble sacrificial cocoon molds for soft material injection workflows.

• Shore hardness: A70 (ISO 868)
• Low tensile strength (ISO 527 indicative)
• Very low shrinkage: <2% (internal method)
• High resolution: up to ~20 µm (process-dependent)

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Printing shrinkage: no measurable dimensional shrinkage after calibration under validated processing conditions
• Low viscosity: <100 mPa·s (internal method)

• Soft and crispy behavior for easy manual breakage
• Non-durable fragmentation into small pieces without damaging soft casts

• Optimized for cocoon wall thickness >2 mm
