3Dresyn® IM-SF Cocoon MF Bio is a soft and flexible monomer-free (MF) sacrificial photopolymer designed for the fabrication of cocoon-type molds intended for manual removal after casting of soft materials.

The material enables controlled mechanical fragmentation while maintaining flexibility, allowing safe removal without damaging delicate wax or silicone casts.

Application framework

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional environments. Suitable for the fabrication of non-water-soluble sacrificial cocoon molds for soft material injection workflows.
