3Dresyn NMF PDMS-like A50 Bio is a UV & EB curable organic soft and elastic photopolymer for nano and micro fabrication, including photolithography and soft lithography, printing of soft and elastic stamps for Nano Imprinting Lithography NIL, and soft & elastic negative photoresists for standard UV lithography, PCB technology processing, and UV patterning of core and cladding.
This resin exhibits properties similar to silicone elastomers PDMS, but with increased tear and mechanical resistance.
Designed for nano and micro fabrication, photolithography, soft lithography, UV lithography, PCB technology processing, Nano Imprinting Lithography NIL, spin coating, Reactive Ion Etching, wet and dry etching, and optical microfabrication workflows.
Note: this resin exhibits lower temperature resistance than conventional RTV silicones. Final imprinting behavior, lithography behavior, etching performance, optical properties, substrate compatibility and processing performance must be validated by the user according to the intended application and processing conditions.
