3Dresyn® NS1 is a non-swellable hydrogel photopolymer developed for SLA, DLP and LCD additive manufacturing, enabling the fabrication of rigid absorbent structures that absorb water, alcohol and other polar media with insignificant swelling while maintaining original size and shape.

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional and research environments. Suitable for hydrogel structures, absorbent materials and applications requiring fluid uptake without dimensional expansion.

The final absorption behavior depends on geometry, wall thickness, immersion medium and conditioning time. Hollow structures can accelerate the uptake of water or alcohol while preserving dimensional stability.

Material performance, absorption behavior and final mechanical properties depend on the complete material–printer–process–conditioning workflow. Full validation is required for each specific application.
