3Dresyn PP FA30 Flexible A30
Product description
3Dresyn PP FA30 is an ultra-soft elastomeric photopolymer formulation designed to provide extremely low modulus, very high elasticity and exceptional foldability while maintaining structural integrity. The material enables the fabrication of durable components capable of undergoing very large deformation and repeated compression cycles without mechanical failure.
This formulation is engineered to deliver a very low hardness rubber-like mechanical profile (Shore A scale), making it particularly suitable for applications requiring extreme compliance, full surface adaptation and maximum energy absorption.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within professional and industrial environments for ultra-soft, highly elastic and highly deformable components.
Particularly suitable for extreme elastomeric printing plates where maximum compression, full substrate conformity and large deformation are required.
Typical applications
- Ultra-soft flexographic (flexo) printing plates for very low-pressure applications
- Pad printing clichés with extreme conformity and maximum ink transfer
- Soft-contact printing plates for highly irregular, porous or compressible substrates
- Relief printing plates requiring very large deformation capability
- Soft lithography and microcontact printing (PDMS-like applications)
- Functional patterned elastomers for surface transfer applications
- Flexible plates for textiles, foams and soft packaging materials
- Ultra-flexible functional components
