Product description
3Dresyn PP TD90 is an ultra-rigid and tough photopolymer designed for the fabrication of high-precision printing plates and structured surfaces requiring maximum dimensional stability and minimal deformation under load.
The material provides a high-modulus mechanical response with excellent impact resistance, enabling the production of durable plates with sharp feature definition and stable geometry during repeated contact cycles.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within professional and industrial environments for rigid, high-resolution printing plates and structured components.
Particularly suitable for rigid contact printing technologies where minimal deformation and high geometric fidelity are required.

Printing plate performance

- Pad printing note: suitable for short to medium runs where high resolution and rapid customization are required
- Not suitable for: flexographic printing requiring elastic deformation
