Product description
3Dresyn PP TFA60 is a tough, elastomeric photopolymer formulation designed to provide high flexibility, elasticity and foldability while maintaining structural integrity. The material enables the fabrication of durable components capable of undergoing large deformation and repeated compression without cracking or permanent damage.
This formulation is engineered to deliver a soft rubber-like mechanical profile (Shore A scale), making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high compliance, surface adaptation and efficient stress distribution.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within professional and industrial environments for soft, elastic and impact-resistant components.
Particularly suitable for soft elastomeric printing plates where high compression, enhanced conformity and repeated deformation cycles are required.
