3Dresyn PP TFD80 tough & foldable D80
Product description
3Dresyn PP TFD80 is a tough, non-brittle photopolymer formulation designed to provide controlled flexibility and foldability while maintaining structural integrity. The material enables the fabrication of durable components that can deform and bend in thin sections without breaking.
This formulation is engineered to deliver a balanced mechanical profile between medium rigidity and flexibility, making it suitable for dynamic applications requiring impact resistance, cyclic deformation and controlled contact behavior.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within professional and industrial environments for tough, flexible and impact-resistant components.
Particularly suitable for flexible and elastomer-like printing plates where controlled compression, surface conformity and recovery are required.
Typical applications
- Flexographic (flexo) printing plates
- Pad printing clichés (enhanced ink pickup and transfer)
- Relief printing plates requiring controlled deformation
- Soft-contact printing plates for irregular substrates
- Flexible plates for packaging and labeling applications
- 3D printed plates and panels
- Flexible functional components
- Thin-wall and foldable structures
- Engineering prototypes requiring toughness and flexibility
Measured mechanical properties
