Fine Tuner 2PP FT9 Bio WS, Bio based & Biocompatible Water Soluble photo accelerant for two photon polymerization

Fine Tuner 2PP FT9 Bio WS is a water-soluble photo accelerant additive designed for two-photon polymerization workflows. It is recommended for increasing the cure speed of 3Dresyns 2PP resins.

The additive is intended to provide maximum control of writing speed in 2PP printers, with dosage adjustment used to increase writing speed progressively. Overdosage may cause overcure of the resin beyond limits/specifications and result in potential loss of resolution.

Designed for incorporation into two-photon polymerization workflows using 2PP printers operating with laser wavelengths in the 600-800 nm range.

• Recommended for 2PP printers having laser wavelengths in the 600-800 nm range
• Recommended dosage steps: 1-2% in high laser power 2PP printers
• Recommended total dosage: 2-6% on 3Dresyn 2PP without any photo accelerant
• Increase dosage in 1-2% steps starting at 2% dosage
• Normally used at dosages from 2 to 6% by weight
• Avoid over dosage to prevent overcure and potential loss of resolution

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Viscosity: optimized within the processing range required for the intended printing process and application

Final writing speed, cure behavior and resolution depend on resin formulation, dosage, laser power, wavelength, printing settings and processing workflow. Optimization must be performed under actual printing conditions.

This product is supplied as a formulation additive for professional use in two-photon polymerization and photopolymer engineering workflows. It is not a standalone printable material. Final printing performance and suitability must be validated by the user according to the intended application.
