Fine Tuner FT5 Bio WS is a water-soluble, 100% biocompatible, natural plant-based photo accelerant additive designed to increase cure speed in water-soluble 3D resin systems for SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3D printing.

The formulation provides efficient curing kinetics across a broad spectral range (150–500 nm), covering far, medium and near UV as well as visible light sources including LEDs, lasers and DLP projectors.

Fine Tuner FT5 Bio WS is specifically engineered for compatibility with water-soluble and hydrophilic photopolymer systems while maintaining a fully safe, non-toxic and non-labelled profile.

Application framework

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet), particularly in water-soluble resin systems and biocompatible workflows using medium to high power printers.

Recommended use guidelines

• Recommended wavelength range: 150–500 nm
• Compatible with UV and visible light systems (LEDs, lasers, DLP projectors, daylight LCDs)
• Suggested dosage in high-power systems: 0.5–1 wt%
• Suggested dosage in low-power systems: 1–2 wt%
• Higher dosage (>6–8 wt%) may be required in very low power systems
• Add progressively and mix thoroughly before evaluation
• Avoid overdosing to prevent overcure and loss of dimensional accuracy

System compatibility note

Fine Tuner FT5 Bio WS is not recommended for very slow-curing resins in very low-power printers, where curing kinetics may remain insufficient even at high dosage levels.
