Fine Tuner LB1 Bio, hydrophilic biocompatible resolution-er for improving resolution

Fine Tuner LB1 Bio is a clear resolution additive developed to improve XYZ resolution by reducing overcure of prints beyond specifications of our resins in SLA DLP & LCD printers working with lights from 350 to 410 nm, including 405 nm blue LEDs, lasers and standard DLP projectors and LCDs.

Designed for fine tuning 3D resins in SLA, DLP and LCD printers working with lights from 350 to 410 nm, including 405 nm blue LEDs, lasers and standard DLP projectors and LCDs, to reduce Light Bleeding (LB) or undesired overcure and improve resolution and accuracy according to specific printer settings.

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)

• Fine Tuner LB1 Bio is as effective as Fine Tuner LB1 Bio ULWA and can be exchanged since both have the same performance yield as resolution-ers
• Fine Tuner LB1 Bio tends to crystallise naturally
• A gentle warming (use microwave with extreme caution, water bath is best) and shake will redissolve the crystals
• Alternatively, it can be shaken by hand at room temperature to make a homogeneous mixture which can be added directly to the resin

• Recommended for use in steps of 0.5% to improve the resolution and accuracy of prints in specific printer settings
• Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing
