Fine Tuner VAM FT4 Bio HP, Hydrophilic Photoaccelerant for VAM

Fine Tuner VAM FT4 Bio HP is a hydrophilic (non water soluble) version of Fine Tuner VAM FT4 Bio with similar kinetics performance. It is a bio-based photoaccelerant additive designed to increase the cure speed of Volumetric Additive Manufacturing (VAM) resins printed via tomographic volumetric printing, working with UV and visible light wavelengths from 150 to 500 nm.

It is also indicated for increasing the print speed of hydrophilic VAM resin systems.

Designed for incorporation into volumetric additive manufacturing workflows using tomographic volumetric printing systems operating with UV and visible light sources from 150 to 500 nm, especially for hydrophilic VAM resin systems.

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Resolution and dimensional accuracy can be increased with Fine Tuner VAM LB3 Bio ULWA
• Viscosity: optimized within the processing range required for the intended printing process and application
• Ultra low water absorption
• Avoid over dosage to prevent overcure and potential loss of resolution, precision and dimensional accuracy

Final cure speed, printing speed, resolution, precision and dimensional accuracy depend on resin formulation, dosage, printer irradiance, wavelength, exposure conditions and processing workflow. Optimization must be performed under actual printing conditions.

This product is supplied as a formulation additive for professional use in volumetric additive manufacturing and photopolymer engineering workflows. It is not a standalone printable material. Final printing performance and suitability must be validated by the user according to the intended application.
