Fine Tuner VAM FT5 Bio WS, Water-Soluble Photoaccelerant for VAM
Product description
Application framework
Designed for incorporation into volumetric additive manufacturing workflows using water-soluble VAM resins in VAM printers working with ultraviolet and visible light sources up to 500 nm.
Typical applications
- Increasing cure speed of water-soluble VAM resins
- Increasing printing speed in VAM workflows
- Fine tuning VAM printing workflows in high power and low power printers
- Volumetric additive manufacturing workflows
Recommended use guidelines
- Recommended wavelength range: up to 500 nm
- Suggested dosage in high power VAM printers: <0.5-1 wt% incremental steps
- Suggested dosage in low power VAM printers: <1-2 wt% incremental steps
- Increase dosage gradually to increase printing speed
Physical properties
- Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
- Resolution and dimensional accuracy can be increased with Fine Tuner VAM LB3 Bio ULWA
- Viscosity: optimized within the processing range required for the intended printing process and application
- Avoid over dosage to prevent overcure and potential loss of resolution, precision and dimensional accuracy
- Overdosage may lead to loss of resolution, precision and dimensional accuracy
Functional performance characteristics
- Water-soluble photoaccelerant additive
- Bio-based, plant-based
