NextGen 3Dresyn R140D90 ultra rigid up to 140C with Shore D90
Ultra-rigid biocompatible high-temperature 3D printing resin
Product description
3Dresyn® Biorigid R140D90 is an ultra-rigid biocompatible photopolymer engineered to provide very high stiffness, dimensional precision and controlled thermal resistance up to 140 °C.
The material is intended for use in advanced engineering, laboratory and regulated manufacturing environments where predictable mechanical and thermal behavior are critical.
Intended use
Intended for professional use in vat photopolymerization (SLA, DLP and LCD) additive manufacturing systems operating in the 385–405 nm range.
Final suitability of printed parts must be validated by the user according to the specific application, processing conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
Typical applications
- Rigid structural and technical components
- High-stiffness positioning fixtures and laboratory tooling
- Anatomical and structural models requiring dimensional accuracy
- Functional prototypes in regulated development environments
