NextGen 3Dresyn SEA10 Super Elastic with Shore A10
Product description
NG 3Dresyn SEA10 is a super elastic photopolymer formulation designed to provide extremely soft, highly deformable and rubber-like behavior. The material enables the fabrication of ultra-flexible components capable of very large deformation and repeated folding without fracture.
This formulation is optimized for maximum elasticity and softness, making it suitable for applications requiring extreme flexibility and low mechanical resistance.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within professional and industrial environments for ultra-soft, elastic and highly deformable components.
Typical applications
- Super-elastic soft components
- Wearable and ergonomic soft parts
- Shock-absorbing and damping elements
- Highly deformable prototypes and elastomer-like models
Measured mechanical properties
- Tensile strength: <2 MPa (ISO 527-1 / ISO 527-2)
- Flexural strength: <2 MPa (ISO 178)
- Young’s modulus: <2 MPa (ISO 527)
- Elongation at break: >>100% (ISO 527)
- Shore hardness: A10 (ISO 868)
Measured physical properties
- Viscosity: <50 mPa·s at 25 °C
- Shrinkage: <1% (typical)
- Resolution capability: very high (process-dependent)
Functional performance characteristics
- Super elastic and ultra-soft material behavior
- Foldable without breaking
- Extremely high elongation and deformation capability
- Rubber-like tactile response
- Durable under repeated deformation cycles
Processing and handling performance
- Printing technologies: SLA, DLP and LCD
- Compatible with most commercial and professional systems when properly calibrated
- Very low viscosity enabling excellent flow and recoating
- Stable processing and reliable printability
Chemical and safety characteristics
- Monomer-based (MB) formulation
- Contains reactive components requiring controlled handling
- Final material safety depends on proper cleaning and post-curing
Processing note
Due to the nature of monomer-based systems, uncured resin may present irritant characteristics. Proper post-processing, including thorough cleaning and complete UV post-curing, is required to achieve the intended final material performance and safety profile.
Testing & processing disclaimer
Material properties are measured under controlled laboratory conditions and may vary depending on printer type, exposure conditions, layer thickness, build orientation and post-processing workflow.
Disclaimer
This material is supplied as a professional manufacturing material for engineering and prototyping workflows. It is not marketed as a finished medical device. Final part performance and suitability must be validated by the user according to the intended application.
