NG 3Dresyn TFA70 is a tough, highly flexible photopolymer formulation designed to provide rubber-like elasticity, high impact resistance and foldability without fracture. The material enables the fabrication of soft components capable of repeated deformation while maintaining structural integrity.
This formulation is based on a monomer-based (MB) system optimized for flexibility and processing performance, requiring appropriate post-processing to achieve final material stability.
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within professional and industrial environments for soft, elastic and impact-resistant components.
Due to the nature of monomer-based systems, uncured resin may present irritant characteristics. Proper post-processing, including thorough cleaning and complete UV post-curing, is required to achieve the intended final material performance.
Material properties are measured under controlled laboratory conditions and may vary depending on printer type, exposure conditions, layer thickness, build orientation and post-processing workflow.
