Silicone like 3Dresyn Hard SR with Shore A70

3Dresyn® Hard SR is a silicone-like photopolymer developed to replicate the touch, elasticity and resilience of conventional hard silicone rubber while enabling high-resolution additive manufacturing.

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional environments. Suitable for applications requiring soft-elastic materials with higher hardness and durability compared to standard flexible resins.

• Tensile strength: <3 MPa (typical) (ISO 527)
• Young’s modulus: <7 MPa (typical) (ISO 527)
• Elongation at yield: >60% (typical) (ISO 527)
• Shore hardness: A70 (ISO 868)
• Very low shrinkage

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Printing shrinkage: no measurable dimensional shrinkage after calibration under validated processing conditions
• Low viscosity (Brookfield)
• Viscosity: optimized within the processing range required for the intended printing process and application

• Silicone-like touch and resilience comparable to conventional hard silicone rubber
• Higher hardness version relative to 3Dresyn® Soft SR
• Blendable with 3Dresyn® Soft SR to achieve customized Shore hardness values
• Durable soft-elastic mechanical response
• Very high resolution (feature definition below 20 µm depending on printer settings)
• Synthetic resin system

• Compatible with most commercial and professional SLA, DLP and LCD 3D printers

Note: This resin exhibits lower temperature resistance than conventional RTV silicones. For applications requiring high-temperature-resistant silicone materials, it is recommended to 3D print durable or sacrificial molds for subsequent casting or injection of conventional RTV silicones.

Material performance depends on printer type, exposure conditions, geometry and full workflow implementation. Mechanical and functional performance must be validated by the user for each specific application.
