The products of this biocompatible 3Dresyns collection contain ultra safe monomers, having only warning and aquatic pictograms. They have been designed to meet the highest safety and biocompatibility standards without sacrificing mechanical nor biocompatibility perfomance. These products are non labeled with toxic pictograms because they are ultra safe for handling, end users and disposal.

Monomer Based MB Biotough grades exhibit overall similar mechanical performance (such as tensile and flexural strength) and printability in comparison to their Monomer Free MF counterparts, which are recommended for ultra safe high tech bioprinting and biomedical apps.

3Dresyns is the first and unique 3D resin supplier developing ultra safe functional  biocompatible 3D resins with non toxic risk pictograms.

Our Biotough grades are ultra tough, reaching 110-130 MPa in flexural strength, and consequently are ideal for printing functional engineering and biomedical materials. They do not exhibit fragility as most commercial 3D resins.

A new publication by Impresion3daily highlighed that our 3Dresyn Biotough D90 has the highest flexural strength of all previously tested 3D resins in the marketplace.

Note: this range of biocompatible monomer based 3Dresyns are safe, non toxic. They have been designed to provide the safest handling to printers and final users. There are two type of materials: standard ones with certain minor hydrophilicity (not water soluble!), and our new ULWA, Ultra Low Water Absorption versions, which have very low water absorption: <15 µg/mm3.
