This page provides the shortest structured path from first contact with 3Dresyns® materials to a stable and validated printing workflow.
Key principle: start from what you already know, then move step by step into controlled implementation.
3Dresyns® materials are multivariable systems. Performance depends on material, printer, exposure, geometry and post-processing. There are no universal fixed settings.
1) The shortest path to your first successful print
Select based on application, not on generic labels.
Always verify behaviour with calibration geometries.
2) Before your first print
- Correct resin selected
- IFU reviewed
- Resin homogenised
- Vat clean
- Platform prepared
- Exposure logic defined
3) If the first print fails
- Detachment → check bottom exposure
- Too soft → increase exposure
- Too brittle → reduce overcuring
- Poor detail → review calibration
4) Move to controlled engineering
Once the first print is stable, move into structured control:
Governing principle
Do not optimize before stabilizing.
First achieve a reproducible workflow, then improve speed, precision and performance.
