3D-ADD Circular RePrint DP150 (High-T Release Additive)

DP150 enables depolymerisable printing with high-temperature service stability and on-demand release at ~145–155 °C.

It is intended for fixtures, patterns, and tooling that must retain integrity at elevated temperatures before controlled depolymerisation. The system is designed for liquid recovery, reuse and re-print in compatible workflows.

Designed for use in open-materials SLA, DLP and LCD workflows at 385–405 nm within industrial and R&D environments. Intended for industrial fixtures and patterns that see heat before removal, casting master models, and sacrificial tooling requiring on-demand recovery.

Typical validation targets are printer/process-dependent. Excessive over-post can slow release. Heavy pigments/fillers require validation. Given its advanced technical nature and the fact that effective use may require formulation-specific adjustment and controlled process development, it is offered as part of 3Dresyns proprietary resin customization services.

DP150 is an advanced high-temperature depolymerisable photopolymer supplied as a made-to-order, custom-developed material rather than an off-the-shelf stock grade. Effective use, whether as a modifier in a host resin or as part of a re-printable formulation, typically requires formulation-specific adjustment and controlled process development for the target host resin, printer and recovery workflow.
