3D-ADD Circular RePrint DP80 (Warm-Release Additive)

DP80 enables depolymerisable printing with a warm activation window, typically ~70–90 °C. Printed parts can be reverted to a reusable liquid suitable for re-printing after simple coarse filtration.

It is designed for clarity, low odor and easy vat handling, and can be used as a modifier or as part of a re-printable formulation depending on the selected use level.

Designed for use with SLA, DLP and LCD systems at 385–405 nm. Suitable for sacrificial molds/cores, lost-pattern workflows, educational circularity demos, and clear prototypes requiring gentle, clean removal.

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)

• As material flows, collect the liquid; coarse-filter (≈25–50 μm)
• If re-cure speed seems lower after several cycles, top-up a small dosage of Fine Tuner FT1 and re-optimize exposure
• Print the recovered liquid as usual; expect +10–25% exposure vs. virgin material
• Validate dimensional accuracy and surface quality on test coupons

Printer/process-dependent performance must be validated by the user. Over-post-cure can slow release kinetics. High-opacity or heavy-fill systems require tuning. Given its advanced technical nature and the fact that effective use may require formulation-specific adjustment and controlled process development, it is offered as part of 3Dresyns proprietary resin customization services.
