3D-ADD Disper-All3 WS, ultra effective dispersant for water and solvent soluble systems

3D-ADD Disper-All3 WS is a low viscosity high polarity dispersant for water and solvent soluble resin systems.

It is designed as a water and solvent soluble wetting agent and dispersant for a broad range of organic, inorganic, ceramic and metal nano and micro powders, as well as wires and fibers. It is particularly suitable for high polarity systems and conductive 3D resins.

Designed for use in water and solvent soluble resin systems, including high polarity systems and conductive 3D resins. Compatible with most of our SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3Dresyns.

• Wetting and dispersing organic, inorganic, ceramic and metal nano and micro powders
• Wetting and dispersing wires and fibers
• Making ultra high concentration dispersions of pigments, fillers, ceramics and metals
• Wetting substrates and improving intercoat adhesion

• Density: 0.90–1.20 g/cm³, depending on formulation and, where applicable, selected version (ISO 1675)
• Low viscosity high polarity dispersant
• Relative low viscosity with good flow and long term stability
• Viscosity: optimized within the processing range required for the intended printing process and application; high-polarity dispersant
• Light yellow color
• Resistance 288 Ohm/sq
• Ideal for making ultra high concentration of pigments, fillers, ceramics and metals dispersions of up to 90% by weight powder solids with good flow
• Optimum dosage between 1-10% on powder solids for wetting and dispersing powder pigments, fillers, ceramics and metals
• Powder additions up to 90% by weight concentrations can be made still with good flow for low oil absorption and surface area powders, wires, and fibers

• Resistivity: 144 mOhm.m
• Conductivity: 7 S/m

• High polarity, ideal for high polarity systems and conductive 3D resins
• Excellent general usage ultra effective water and solvent soluble wetting agent and dispersant
• Excellent wetting and dispersion yield, stability and flow of post added micron and submicron "nano" powders, wires, and fibers
